Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with project management capabilities.
• Background in Capital Markets, specifically in Investment Banking or Wealth Management.
• Familiarity with Front-to-Back processes including Trading, Corporate Actions, and Settlements.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience in documenting business requirements and workflows such as BRDs and User Stories.
• Proficient in using tools like Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Qlikview).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI applications, particularly Co-Pilot, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the 'change the bank' book of work as a Business Analyst and project manager.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business problems and opportunities.
• Translate high-level business goals into detailed business requirements.
• Analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements for projects.
• Document key artifacts including BRDs, User Stories, and Risk Assessments.
• Develop project plans, test strategies, and estimations for deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Product Owners and Technology.
