Business Analyst

Qualifications

• 84 months of experience in business analysis techniques, including process mapping and requirements validation.
• 84 months of experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts like context diagrams and use cases.
• 60 months of experience in developing test plans and facilitating User Acceptance Testing.
• 60 months of experience managing requirements through the Requirements Management Lifecycle.
• 60 months of experience collaborating with application architects and development teams to resolve conflicting requirements.
• 24 months of experience with Salesforce - OmniStudio and Public Sector solutions.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, or Developer certification required.
• 12 months of experience with Jira and/or SCRUM methodologies.
• CBAP certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to analyze current and future business processes.
• Interview stakeholders to gather and document requirements for applications.
• Collaborate with various bureaus to understand and document mission-critical business processes.
• Create and maintain software development artifacts for effective communication of requirements.
• Develop test plans and test cases, and assist users during User Acceptance Testing.
• Manage requirements throughout their lifecycle, including traceability and change control.
• Work closely with application architects and development teams to clarify requirements and resolve conflicts.
