Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a relevant field; master's degree or CFA preferred
• 5+ years of asset management experience with a focus on multi-asset
• Experience managing multi-asset class front office solutions
• Background in integrating middle and back office with accounting systems
• Experience delivering software in an Agile environment
• Strong enterprise data management and business process modeling knowledge
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison among Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, and IT
• Assist in defining future business models for the portfolio management team
• Define business workflows for various asset classes including equities and derivatives
• Oversee the delivery and integration of order management systems
• Collaborate on secure and accurate data integration across systems
• Design data models for strategic data repositories like Account Master and Position Master
• Conduct data analysis and ensure data quality and governance
