Job Details:Job Description: The Business Analyst- Data Center Systems supports the strategy and strategic programs function for Intel's Data Center Systems and Solutions team. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Programs, this role keeps the team's strategic work moving, compiling the data, running the logistics, and producing the first drafts that senior leaders build on.
The work spans systems strategy, customer engagements, executive reviews, and cross-group programs across DCG, and it will not always arrive in a predictable order. We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling a mix of planned and unplanned requests, can switch between domains quickly, and takes ownership of getting each task to done.
This is a growth role. You will start by running the logistics around the work and, as you build context, move toward contributing directly to analysis and strategy. Depending on your strengths and interests, you will have the opportunity to go deeper in areas such as systems strategy, market and competitive analysis, customer programs, or business planning.
Responsibilities:
Compile and analyze data from internal and external sources to support systems strategy, business cases, and executive decisions.
Produce documentation, reports, and summaries that are accurate, well-organized, and ready for leadership review.
Own logistics for reviews, customer engagements, and strategic deliverables: gather inputs, follow up with contributors, and assemble final materials on schedule.
Write first drafts of routine material, including status updates, briefing documents, meeting summaries, and presentation slides.
Provide light process support, about 15 percent of the role, maintaining dashboards, action trackers, and status reports where needed.
Handle ad hoc requests across the team, triaging priorities and keeping stakeholders informed on progress.
Build working relationships with contributors across DCG product, engineering, finance, and business teams.
Successful Candidate Profile:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn raw data into clear findings.
Clear, concise writing and the ability to produce polished first drafts with minimal direction.
Highly organized, with attention to detail and reliable follow-through on deadlines.
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities, and able to manage several tasks at once.
Proactive and persistent in chasing inputs, with a professional approach to working with senior contributors.
Curious about data center technology, including CPUs, GPUs, servers, networking, and HPC and AI systems.
Trustworthy with sensitive roadmap, customer, and financial information.
Qualifications:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.
This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business analysis, program coordination, strategy, or a related role, gained through work experience, internships, or research.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the semiconductor, data center, or technology industry.
