CGI Montre9al is looking for a Business Analyst to support operational solutions within the natural resources sector. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, coordinating support activities, and contributing to the delivery of effective solutions. Your future duties and responsibilities:• Provide day-to-day support for operational solutions
• Compile and analyze data to produce reports and management performance indicators
• Advise managers and staff in identifying practical solutions to complex problems
• Provide guidance to vendors when required and collaborate with support and project teams to ensure service quality
• Coordinate activities with other support teams to ensure effective operational assistance
• Contribute to internal and external communications related to architecture, performance, capacity, and business process support capabilities
• Ensure compliance with standards and processes
• Coordinate support teams and manage the budget associated with minor enhancements
• Advance multiple initiatives simultaneously, including both operational activities and project-related work
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand business needs
• Ability to recommend solutions that align with cost and timeline constraints while identifying risks, dependencies, and issues
• Experience coordinating or managing teams and support-related activities
• Demonstrated leadership in advancing multiple operational initiatives and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 60 000$ and 110 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
