Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business or technology related field.
• Minimum of four years' experience in the financial services industry, ideally supporting buy-side technology.
• Intermediate technical skills, with a focus on technical architecture and business processes.
• Experience with the entire trade lifecycle and derivative processing is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to make independent decisions.
• Familiarity with systems development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business activities to determine requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the technology team to ensure requirements are implemented on schedule.
• Define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements.
• Facilitate error-free processes through data checks and reports.
• Collaborate with QA to develop test plans and review test cases for quality assurance.
• Oversee implementation of new software and create training materials and documentation.
• Provide ongoing application and production support as needed.
