Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven
People Operations Analyst to support strategic human resources projects, core HRIS systems, and company-wide change management initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of People Strategy & Operations, you will act as a key enablement partner-driving user acceptance testing, conducting rigorous data audits, documenting workflows, and optimizing platforms like Workday and ServiceNow to enhance operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support key strategic People projects and resolve business-as-usual (BAU) system issues, troubleshooting errors, and implementing efficient solutions.
- Execute thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) across sprint cycles for all BAU updates and optimizations, maintaining a comprehensive repository of test scripts, scenarios, and evidence.
- Perform regular data audits and validations to identify discrepancies, correct errors, and safeguard the accuracy and integrity of human resources data.
- Facilitate information-gathering sessions, gather business requirements, and assist in prioritizing projects for the broader HR systems roadmap.
- Build, maintain, and publish internal process documentation, user guides, quick reference guides, and data governance playbooks.
- Coordinate training sessions and drive data clean-up initiatives across various HR tech stacks.
- Identify opportunities for HR process reengineering and workflow optimization to maximize efficiency, quality, and employee experience.
- Cultivate cross-functional partnerships to streamline ways of working and deliver critical transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements- Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), backed by at least 3 years of experience in a systems- or process-focused role.
- Technical Stack: Hands-on proficiency in Workday is required; experience with ServiceNow is strongly preferred. Advanced fluency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
