Broadcast Systems Integration Sales Engineer Reports To: EVP Growth and Marketing Location: Washington, D.C The Role We're looking for an experienced Broadcast Systems Sales Engineer to own the overall pre-sales process for BMG's system design and integration projects. You'll work directly with prospects during pre-sales to understand and discuss their technical needs, design solutions that fit, and put together the bills of materials (BOMs) that underpin our proposals. You'll report to the EVP, Growth and Marketing and work closely with key members of the sales team as well as BMG's engineering team, serving as the bridge between what the client needs and what our engineers build. This role is AI-native: you'll use Claude for research, solution scoping, BOM and proposal development, and technical documentation.
