About the role:Reporting to a Director, Brand Strategy, the Account Manager will service 6-8 key accounts within our brand portfolio, as the main point of contact across cross-functional teams across the organization.
Role Responsibilities:- Own day-to-day client relationships and drive long-term client retention through strategic partnership and proactive communication
- Lead account strategy across Amazon and marketplace channels, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve overall business performance
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing teams to optimize advertising performance and improve KPIs across traffic, conversion, and profitability metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Creative, Logistics and Brand Health teams to deliver integrated commerce strategies
- Analyze account performance and identify opportunities across content, advertising, pricing, promotions, and assortment to maximize ROI
- Build and guide promotional calendars in alignment with business goals, seasonality, and tentpole moments
- Lead weekly client calls and present sales and advertising performance through weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
- Track progress toward annual revenue goals and internal sales targets, proactively identifying risks and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain annual sales and demand forecasts in partnership with internal operational teams and clients
- Support onboarding of new brands and ensure successful execution against launch timelines and growth plans
- Internally coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution and delivery against client goals
Requirements- Minimum of 4 years in a Account Management role
- Amazon Seller Central experience a must (Vendor Central a plus)
- Exceptional communicator with strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- Experience in Beauty and Health and Wellness a plus
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detai
- Must be organized and thoughtful
- Experience with analyzing data to make strategic recommendations
- MS Office Skills Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google
- Experience with Asana, Helium10, DataHawk a plus

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 + bonus
