About our Team The Global BrandOps team provides best-in-class end to end managed services support from booking to trafficking Premium Brand (Reservation) Products, driving excellent customer service, revenue and aims to facilitate the transition of these products to Self-Serve. Our teams comprise internal process and product specialists who enable flawless ad campaign executions, ensuring an optimized experience for clients, brand partners, sales teams and our product teams by providing technical and operational expertise by offering best-in-class service and product insights to uplevel platform capabilities for brands of all sizes. Sitting within the Solutions Engineering and Operations division, the role involves close collaboration with in-market sales and product teams within a high-growth environment. Hunger to learn, Customer Centricity, Self-motivation, Attention to detail and ability to influence key stakeholders (internal and external) are all key skills. We're a global team with presence in 17 offices, with regional hubs in London, Chicago & Singapore. Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end setup, trafficking, quality assurance and reporting for reservation campaigns, ensuring campaigns launch accurately and deliver against client expectations. - Monitor campaign delivery acting as a technical campaign manager, troubleshooting, co-ordinating with creative approval teams and generating scheduled & ad-hoc reporting as necessary, all to ensure a high-quality client experience. - Act as a key technical and operational partner to Sales and Client Solutions teams, helping translate complex campaign requirements into simple concepts enabling smooth execution. - Partner with Product and Engineering teams to investigate issues, share market feedback and help improve platform capabilities, workflows and service quality. - Contribute to the rollout of new products, features and operational processes by supporting internal readiness, documentation and training. - Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tooling and ways of working to increase efficiency, quality and scalability across campaign operations. - Create, maintain & distribute clear technical and operational documentation, providing best practices and process guidance to support internal teams and consistent execution. - Work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Solutions, Product, Engineering and regional operations teams to manage dependencies, align priorities and support commercial goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - 3 years of ad operations, programmatic or paid social buyer experience, and/or technical client service experience - Hands-on experience managing campaigns across reservation or auction-based media-buying platforms - Strong understanding of campaign setup, Quality Assurance (QA), delivery monitoring, reporting fundamentals & proactive troubleshooting; problem solving & escalation methodology - Ability to turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations - Experience working with 3rd party measurement partners (IAS, DV, DCM, MOAT) - Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical/operational language to non-technical stakeholders - Proactive attitude with attention to detail, excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills & with the skill to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualification(s): - Strong familiarity with digital video and paid media advertising campaigns - Experience working closely with Sales, Client Solutions, Product or other cross-functional commercial teams, with an ability to evidence communication skills. - Experience supporting product launches, change management or new market/process rollouts - Ambitious and eager to learn, with a strong desire to grow, take on new challenges and continuously develop. - Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively through change and help support evolving processes, priorities and ways of working.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $76000 - $116000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
