Full Job Description
THE ROLE

The Manager, Marketing Innovation will play an important role in shaping the future growth pipeline for Nature Made®. This high-impact role supports cross-functional innovation projects from consumer and market insight through concept development, business case building, commercialization, and launch readiness.

In this role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Innovation, you'll be working on the forefront of emerging scientific and consumer trends, with high exposure to senior leadership and the unique opportunity to translate consumer insights into differentiated, science-backed products that enable consumers to live healthier lives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Critical contributions this role is accountable for include:

  • Consumer & Market Insights
    Analyze and synthesize consumer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunity spaces and inform innovation strategy within priority need states


  • Innovation Strategy & Concept Development
    Develop product concepts, positioning, and claims informed by consumer needs, scientific substantiation, and business objectives, ensuring clear strategic rationale


  • Cross-Functional Partnership
    Partner with cross-functional teams (Science & Technology, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Sales) to align on and advance strategically grounded innovation initiatives from concept through commercialization


  • Business Case Development
    Support development of business cases, including market sizing, financials, and key assumptions, ensuring recommendations are rooted in strategic insights and growth opportunities


  • Commercialization & Launch Support
    Partner with Brand and Sales teams to support commercialization planning and execution, including development of consumer-facing messaging grounded in science

  • Experience supporting new product innovation and commercialization, with a clear understanding of how to advance concepts from insight to market


  • Strong ability to translate consumer insights and market data into clear, strategically grounded innovation opportunities


  • Analytical acumen, with experience using syndicated and custom data to inform strategy, prioritize opportunities, and guide decision-making

EXPERIENCE

  • Requires a four-year college or university degree or its equivalent, MBA preferred


  • Requires a minimum of 4 years' experience post-MBA or 7 years post-college, with at least 2 years supporting innovation, new product development, or commercialization.


  • Experience working in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is required, with a preference for Health & Wellness, Vitamin and Supplements, or OTC Pharmaceutical industry

SALARY RANGE

National Target Base Pay Range: $117,000.00 - $195,000.00. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $130,000 - $216,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.

Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
