Content Innovation & Optimization

·         Translate emerging content, platform, and consumer behavior trends into prioritized tests that strengthen reach, engagement, and conversion.

·         Establish clear hypotheses, success measures, and learning plans for new formats, then scale, refine, or stop activity based on results.

·         Identify opportunities to strengthen content collaboration and cross-pollination with retailers, platforms, and external partners.

Creative Team & Production Leadership

·         Build a high-performing team of seven creative resources with clear priorities, accountability, development, and quality expectations.
