Branch Manager, Facilities Services Location: Long Island, New York
Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 base + performance bonus

About the Opportunity Addison Group is partnering with a leading national property restoration company to find a Branch Manager for its New York market. This leader will own the full P&L for a multi-office operation and report to senior regional leadership. This role suits a financially sharp operator who drives accountability through motivation and coaching.
What You'll Do - Own full P&L responsibility for multiple offices, including revenue growth, gross profit, and EBITDA performance
- Manage job costing and margins, with a clear understanding of direct vs. indirect costs, net income, and cash flow
- Build a culture of accountability and follow-through across operations managers
- Coach, develop, and motivate managers to raise management quality and team performance
- Improve client satisfaction through consistent, transparent communication
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, including OSHA and EPA standards
- Drive adoption of CRM and reporting systems
- Build and strengthen relationships with insurance carriers, commercial accounts, and referral partners
- Support 24/7 emergency response coverage
What You Bring - 5+ years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, or a related field
- Proven P&L ownership for a location generating $5M+ in revenue
- Multi-site leadership experience
- Strong financial acumen across revenue, gross profit, and cost management
- A motivational, proactive leadership style with the ability to hold teams accountable
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or construction management preferred; strong experience may substitute
Strongly Preferred - 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in the restoration industry
- Background in distributed service delivery (facilities services, environmental services, or similar) with strong P&L ownership
- Existing relationships with insurance carriers or TPAs
- Prior titles such as Branch Manager, Regional Manager, General Manager, District Manager, Market Director, Director, or VP of Operations
