We are seeking an experienced and results-driven BPO Sales Lead to lead our sales strategy and drive business growth across the BPO sector. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:

Solution DevelopmentCollaborate with internal teams to design and present customized BPO solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Market ExpansionMonitor emerging trends and identify new service opportunities to expand the company’s footprint in the BPO space.
Sales Team DevelopmentRecruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team aligned with strategic goals and growth initiatives.
Performance ManagementDefine and track KPIs to measure sales effectiveness, pipeline health, and revenue performance.
Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with delivery, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements.
Budget OversightManage the sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.

This job operates in a professional office environment.
