Join us as Manager of Bogie Project Engineer Managers team, and you'll be looking at a career-defining role based in St-Bruno (QC), CA

Purpose

Lead a team and a portfolio of programs/projects, ensuring QCD delivery, operational excellence, and domain capability growth.

Key accountabilities

Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead and engage a team (5-10 people)
  • Ensure project delivery against QCD commitments
  • Set goals, drive execution, secure outcomes

Performance & Operational Excellence
  • Implement KPIs and data-driven performance
  • Standardize and deploy best practices
  • Ensure workload vs capacity alignment (incl. subcontracting)

Strategy & Governance
  • Define and drive group strategy
  • Contribute to department guidelines
  • Implement effective workshare rules
  • Lead management reviews
