Key accountabilitiesLeadership & Delivery- Lead and engage a team (5-10 people)
- Ensure project delivery against QCD commitments
- Set goals, drive execution, secure outcomes
Performance & Operational Excellence- Implement KPIs and data-driven performance
- Standardize and deploy best practices
- Ensure workload vs capacity alignment (incl. subcontracting)
Strategy & Governance- Define and drive group strategy
- Contribute to department guidelines
- Implement effective workshare rules
- Lead management reviews
People development- Develop World Class Engineering capabilities
- Coach and grow team competencies
- Manage training and talent development
Business & Financial contribution- Estimate and validate workload (projects/tenders)
- Manage budgets (WP & CAPEX)
- Commit to project/program QCD

Profile & skillsExperience- At least 10 years in Engineering background, ideally in railway industry
- Ideally, 5 years team management background
