Body Shop Foreman

Qualifications

• Previous body shop/collision repair technician experience required
• Strong understanding of collision repair operations and production processes
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Commitment to quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• I-CAR certification preferred, but not required
• Paint experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the collision repair team
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee production processes and workflow efficiency
• Train and develop team members to enhance skills
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication
