Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle is looking for an experienced Body Shop Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a Body Shop Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers, body shops, insurance companies, parts departments, and technicians.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Greet customers promptly with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Serve as the liaison between customers, body shops, insurance companies, and dealership departments
  • Collect accurate customer, insurance, and vehicle information
  • Listen carefully to customers and document vehicle concerns and symptoms accurately
  • Prepare complete and accurate estimates for labor and parts
  • Establish customer follow-up preferences and communicate through phone, text, or email
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the repair process
  • Keep customers informed with timely updates throughout the day
  • Coordinate with technicians, parts departments, and body shops to ensure repairs stay on track
  • Review repair orders and verify that final invoices accurately reflect the work performed
  • Clearly explain completed repairs, recommendations, and charges to customers
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire repair experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-line or luxury dealership
  • Previous Body Shop Advisor experience is required
