We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (
BCBA) to join our team in our
Baton Rouge, LA location.
Salary: Starting at $85,000 - minimum of 30 billable hours per weekPOSITION DETAILSIn this position, you will have a direct impact on enhancing a child's ability to succeed. The BCBA will provide support to our center-based ABA program. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- This is a Full time, on-site position based at our ABA Center in Baton Rouge
- Support a caseload of children diagnosed with autism between the ages of 2 and 21.
- Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
- Supervising the behavioral technician implementation of programming
- Completing assessments
- Parent training
- Client specific program development
- Other miscellaneous duties assigned

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCBA eligibility
- Louisiana BCBA Licensure
