Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of field experience in ABA
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Strong supervision skills for behavior technicians (BTs/RBTs)
• Excellent communication skills to conduct parent training
• Ability to stay current with ABA research and best practices

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments to tailor individual care
• Create personalized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide supervision and ongoing support to BTs/RBTs for effective treatment delivery
• Lead Parent Training sessions to empower families in supporting their children
• Develop and monitor data collection systems for tracking treatment goals
• Coordinate care effectively with other healthcare professionals
• Promote a healthy work-life balance within the team
