Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Reports To: Clinical Director

Shift: Monday through Friday

Status: Exempt

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Overview:

The Behavior Analysts (BCBA-D, BCBA or BCaBA) will work with individuals, staff, and

families utilizing the theories and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis. The ideal candidate

for this position must be board certified in one of these certifications, a genuine passion for

working with individuals and their families, flexibility and a philosophy for a team work

environment.

Required Qualifications:
• Active BCBA, BCBA-D, or BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst

Certification Board (BACB).

Compensation:

Pay Range: $81,000.00 to $99,000.00 per year based on prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clinical Services:

o Conduct individualized assessment and create data-driven treatment plans

o Monitor and revise programs based on data and clinical observations

o Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals

o Ensure timely documentation and submission of reports and authorizations
• Supervision & Training:

o Provide training and supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians

o Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and ethical practice

Work with our multiple BCBA-D consultants on implementing high quality care and treatment fidelity"
