Full Job Description
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a BCBA with ATS, you'll play a vital role in assessing, developing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for our young clients. You'll also serve as a mentor and supervisor to BCBA candidates, RBTs, and clinical staff, supporting high-quality, ethical care across our teams.
In partnership with families and caregivers, you'll provide training and guidance that empowers them to support continued progress beyond sessions-extending your impact far beyond the clinic.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range:
  • $70-80 per hour for direct, billable hours, based on experience.
  • $15 per hour for non-billable, indirect hours such as training, onboarding, and travel time.
  • 2 Hours of paid treatment planning time offered to you monthly regardless of insurance.
Sign-On Bonus:
  • Full-time BCBA: $5000 after 400 billable hours within 6 months.
  • Part-time BCBA: $3500 after 275 billable hours within 6 months.
