Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of Human Resources Management experience.
• 7+ years experience with employee relations, training, performance management, and legal compliance.
• HR experience in a Manufacturing Environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, written/presentation, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications and database tools.
• Must be able to lead and influence at all employee levels.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
