Job Description

Growthline Partners is currently seeking multiple BI Analysts for one of our top client's projects.
• The BI Analyst acts as a consultant and partner with the business community and US21 project teams and business partners to elicit clarify and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which application and solutions are developed.
• Responsible for defining (and/or redefining) business needs for new and/or enhanced products, services or optimized business processes.
• Active participant in all phases of the project lifecycle and will be required to work closely with a variety of internal and external business partners to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented and met.

Qualifications & Skills
• Strong Business Intelligence background
• Strong Data Modeling experience
• Experience with Visio, MS Office, HP ALM, SQL
• Experience with Pentaho or Informatica ETL
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kan-ban management concepts.
• Detail oriented, strong customer communication skills, strong team player.
• Must be able to put abstract concepts on paper and be able to explain.
• Must be able to get to the "why" in a new request.
• Owns their work, and needs very little direction as a self-starter.
• Strong testing skills, able to identify the various aspects of a solution that may be impacted and need testing.
• Integration, reporting, database focused
