As a
Beta Project Manager, you'll manage and support our customers' product tests (i.e., beta tests). This is a dynamic role that puts you in front of many of the most influential and innovative names in technology. If you've got the heart of a researcher, want to work directly with emerging tech, and love a good spreadsheet, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do as a Beta Project Manager- Become an expert at our platform and process
- Work with our clients to scope projects to meet their goals
- Identify ideal targeted test candidates based on client requirements
- Collaborate on test logistics including unit shipping and retrieval
- Triage customer feedback generate detailed reports
- Support ongoing client data needs (generating custom reports, etc.)
- Study feedback to provide insightful observations and analytics
- Present results and recommendations to clients
What You Need to Do the Job- High technical aptitude in both software and hardware
- Proven project planning and management skills
- Experience digging into data and building reports
- Previous experience delivering presentations to customers
What'll Give You an Edge- 2-4 years of experience working in a tech-related space
- Experience in project or program management
- Familiarity with research methodologies
- Previous experience in a fast-paced agile tech environment
The Nitty Gritty- This is a full-time, hybrid position, with weekly in-office days
