Bensussen Deutsch & Associates (BDA) is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager. This role will work alongside the Director, Global Compensation and Benefits to build, administer, and maintain all employee benefits programs both domestically and internationally. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment where no two days are the same. This position requires a professional demeanor, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and the ability to keep sensitive material and conversations strictly confidential. Duties will entail activities that are administrative, communicative, and cross-functionally supportive in nature. What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations related to benefits activities including collaboration with payroll processing across multiple sites in multiple states, and internationally
• Evaluate and modify existing benefits programs, policies, and procedures ensuring equity for all employees
• Develop and implement new benefits programs, policies, and procedures in collaboration with Director, Global Compensation and Benefits
• Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
• Communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
• Train and support the human resources team to better understand support programs available to employees
• Work with the Payroll team to ensure accurate time off and benefits tracking & reporting.
• Ensure understanding of all benefits programs (healthcare, voluntary, state leave programs) to maintain compliance and communicate same to eligible employees
• Understand and utilize the Company's internal & external systems to improve communications and processes
• Develop and maintain positive & professional relationships both internally and externally
• Must be adept in the daily tactical details as well as a strategic thought leader.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a benefits manager or in a related role.
• Relevant certifications, such as a CEBS or SHRM certification, preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of benefits programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
• Experience managing benefits administration in Workday
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong people and project management skills.

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA's total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
