Over time, the Associate is expected to transition into a position that directly manages relationships with existing investors and prospects, represents Kline Hill in investor meetings and fundraising processes, and owns a set of investor relationships. The Associate builds toward that role by learning Kline Hill's strategies, track record and investor base, owning core investor-facing deliverables, and progressively joining investor calls, meetings and fundraising trips.
