BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst - FS/AZAs a BCBA, you will plan, develop, and monitor effective treatment programs for children with autism spectrum disorder using evidence-based methods. You will collaborate with families, treatment teams, and other agencies to improve communication, social, and behavioral outcomes for our clients. Your work will directly impact the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
Responsibilities:- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and conduct training and coaching
- Collaborate with families and treatment teams to implement treatment plans
- Provide parent training and support families in accessing community resources
- Conduct supervision in client's home and through telehealth
Requirements:- Must be certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Must have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
- Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR, and First Aid certification
- Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain proper current insurance
- Bilingual a plus
