Base Salary: $110,000-$135,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
Additional Compensation: Auto Allowance and Variable Performance-Based Bonus
What You'll DoAs a BAS Project Manager, you'll take ownership of commercial building automation and HVAC controls projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
- Coordinate engineering, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project planning, procurement, installation, startup, and commissioning.
- Manage project change orders, identify risks, and resolve challenges proactively.
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Lead project teams to deliver quality work safely, on time, and within budget.
What We're Looking For- 3-5 years of project management experience or 5+ years of relevant commercial construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, or related technologies.
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor coordination.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
