The Opportunity

As a Test Execution Leader within our Software and Product Innovation practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and developing software solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. You will focus on evaluating systems and software applications to identify defects, errors, or gaps in functionality, confirming they meet specified requirements and perform as expected. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully.

In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
