OverviewResponsibilities
Build and ship new features and capabilities daily within a highly scalable, cross-geo distributed environment. Collaborate in an open and supportive workspace alongside experienced engineers, architects, product managers, and designers. Contribute to code reviews that emphasize readability. Test best practices, documentation, reliability, security, and performance, while also mentoring teammates through formal and informalknowledge-sharing sessions. Ensure full visibility, error reporting, and monitoring of high-performing backend services. Actively participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demo sessions.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $165,131 - $196,225/yr

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, and one (1) year of related work experience.
Must have one (1) year of experience with/in:
Backend application development and architecture;
Design and implementation of scalable, high-performance RESTful microservices;
Object-oriented programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Go, Scala, or Python);
Database technologies (RDBMS: Oracle, Postgres; or NoSQL: Elasticsearch, DynamoDB);
Public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure);
SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models and cloud architecture patterns; and
Software quality, reliability, and performance.
