Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce experience, particularly in Sales and Marketing Campaigns
• Proven ability to manage all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication skills for leading discussions with business teams
• Able to work independently with a proactive approach
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement discussions with business stakeholders
• Drive delivery of requirements with a global team
• Manage all phases of SDLC to implement feature changes
• Conduct comprehensive testing for technology solutions
• Plan and support rollout activities including training and communication
• Provide post GoLive support to ensure smooth transition
• Support projects primarily focused on Salesforce and other platforms
