Are you a people-first, goal-driven closer ready to build relationships and crush sales targets? TradeWraps is hiring a Hybrid Inside/Outside B2B Sales Representative to drive national growth in the fast-paced world of custom vehicle wraps. You'll work with a tight-knit, high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional branding solutions to businesses of all sizes - from local contractors to national fleets.

This role blends remote flexibility with in-office collaboration and occasional travel. With upside commissions and a six-figure earning potential, this is the perfect opportunity for a sales pro who's ready to grow with a company that values hustle, creativity, and results.

Responsibilities
• Proactively prospect and qualify new B2B leads across industries and geographies
Close deals through consultative selling, discovery, and tailored quoting
Manage and grow accounts by delivering consistent value and building long-term relationships
• Respond to and convert inbound leads from digital channels, referrals, and marketing
• Use TORQ CRM to track pipeline stages, call metrics, and follow-up tasks
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals using intuitive quoting software
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, call activity quotas, and revenue targets
• Collaborate with design, production, and operations to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications
