City Wide, the nation's fastest growing facilities solutions company is growing in Knoxville and surrounding areas. We are searching for Sales Executives to join our organization.
This position is a $100K+ opportunity. Base salary plus rewarding commission/bonus structure.The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and producing new and recurring commercial client business. The Sales Executive is responsible for the full sales cycle, from cold-calling and generating leads to closing deals. Ideal candidates are
self-starters with a hunter's mentality, motivated by opportunity to earn significant sales commissions, and who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
Essential functions- Identifies potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in sales that meet or exceed goals.
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, and preparing contracts.
- Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
Requirements- 2-3 years prior B2B Sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- "Hunter" sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated.
- Must have previous experience with cold calling (phone and in the field).
- Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Demonstrate analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills highly detail oriented and able to follow-up.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (This position requires the use of your own vehicle, we reimburse with ac monthly car allowance)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
