Delivery Lead - AI & DATA is a pivotal role responsible for guiding the successful delivery of advanced AI and data solutions. As a Delivery Lead, you will act as a trusted advisor, shaping delivery strategies and supporting teams to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary technical advisor for AWS AI & DATA engagements, providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the sales process across key deals from initial opportunity (Stage 0) through to closure, contributing to solution content and delivery approach.
- Act as the face of delivery to customers, leading orals, supporting Statements of Work (SOW), building high-performing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of those programs.
- Oversee the quality assurance (QA) of delivery progress as projects transition from sales to full-time delivery teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations and best practices.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the latest solutions and technologies in AI and data and AWS, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Focus on developing industry and functional expertise to build credibility and deliver tailored solutions that address specific client needs, especially for our clients in Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Communication Media & Technology.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need- Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading AI and data solution delivery, ideally within a consulting or technology environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven track record as a technical advisor or delivery lead, with strong client-facing skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated ability to support sales processes, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Professional Skills Requirements- Deep knowledge of current AI and data technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Need a deep understanding and experience working with AWS technologies including Data, AI, Infrastructure, integrations, and development.
Bonus points if you have- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience building and scaling AI/data teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Recognized expertise in one or more industry verticals (e.g., financial services, healthcare, manufacturing).
- Certifications in relevant AWS technologies or methodologies (e.g., Bedrock, Agent Core, Nova).
- Experience with SOW development and contract negotiation.
- Track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in delivery practices.
- Experience working in a Professional Services environment
