Full Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY

Responsible for supervising the Treasury Management Operations (TMO) team in providing best-in-class customer service and operational support for Treasury Management products and services. Responsible for managing cases to established service level agreements and providing exceptional client support to internal partners. Responsible for handling risk-related tasks and maintaining efficient and effective processes when acting as the TMO Risk Support Supervisor. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Provide a full range of professional, technical, and general support to internal partners for Treasury Management products and services, including Business Online and Business Mobile Banking, Wires, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Account Reconciliation, 3rd Party Depository Services, File Transmission, and other treasury-related products and services.
  • Oversee the risk support function within Treasury Management Operations by developing and maintaining risk-related processes, supporting daily risk operations, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements as required.
  • Draft and update procedures and process documentation to promote operational consistency and audit readiness.
  • Review departmental workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Support client retention by resolving operational issues, concerns, and problems.
  • Coach team members to provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, concerns, and inquiries regarding services, products, fees, and operational questions.
  • Share client opportunities and issues with assigned client relationship teams in a timely manner.
  • Lead the development and supervision of the Treasury Management Operations team, including training in bank products, operations, process and system utilization, compliance, risk management, and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Provide work direction, support, guidance, coaching, recognition, and advice on complex functions.
  • Establish and communicate performance standards for team members.
  • Partner with others to review, recommend, and design methods, procedures, and processes that improve daily Treasury Management operations and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in the design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing servicing of Treasury Services and deposit products and services.
  • Participate in vendor selection activities and manage vendors in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Ensure documentation related to the delivery and implementation of Treasury Services products and services is prepared and maintained.
  • Approve treasury-related transactions, resolve issues, and manage client escalations within delegated authority.
  • Coordinate and support audits and examinations for Treasury Management Operations.
  • Ensure audit requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and remediation plans are executed.
  • Manage service level agreements, case management activities, and the quality of work completed by the team.
  • Build data sets to support analysis, future planning, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Provide management and oversight of Payment Services Treasury Operations processes and controls.
  • Implement and improve processes and systems to optimize efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Participate in interviewing and hiring decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver employee performance evaluations, goal planning, and counseling.
  • Manage, support, coach, and train staff.
  • Follow all established policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 5 years of related work experience in treasury management or operations required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, bank operational policies and procedures, and bank products and services.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to establish peer relationships and communicate effectively with multiple company disciplines, cross-functional teams, and external parties.
  • Ability to apply sound judgment, solve problems effectively, and consistently identify fraudulent activity.
  • Detail-oriented and process-oriented approach.
  • Supervisory or team lead experience of 1-2 years preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
