Our CPE clients operate across sophisticated investment strategies, including Public Equities and Credit, with Credit investors spanning areas such as private credit, leveraged finance, CLOs, BDCs and special situations.

This is a new-business role with individual quota responsibility. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting prospective investment clients through qualification, presentations, negotiation and closing.
What You'll Do
  • Drive new client acquisition across Third Bridge's Credit & Public Equities business in North America.
  • Identify and prospect investment firms and investment professionals that fit Third Bridge's client profile.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers and research users across Public Equity and Credit investment organizations.
  • Build a deep understanding of prospective clients' investment strategies, research workflows and knowledge gaps, and demonstrate how Third Bridge's expert insights and content can support their investment process.
  • Demonstrate Third Bridge's value proposition across its suite of primary research services, including expert calls and Third Bridge's content Library.
  • Own the complete new-business sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through presentations, negotiation and successful conversion.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently deliver against new-business quota.
  • Develop and conduct effective presentations with senior investment professionals and other key decision-makers.
  • Navigate sophisticated institutional investment organizations and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Identify opportunities across different investment strategies, including Public Equity, private credit, leveraged finance, CLOs, BDCs and special situations.
  • Leverage Sales Associates for prospect research, lead generation, outreach and appointment setting.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and weekly sales forecasts.
  • Work closely with CPE Client Services and Account Management to ensure successful onboarding and transition of newly acquired clients.
  • Identify opportunities for additional products, users and cross-selling as new client relationships develop.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of developments across the Public Equity and Credit investment landscape and use that knowledge to engage prospects consultatively.
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated success in B2B new-business sales, ideally selling to institutional investors or other sophisticated financial-services clients.
  • Experience selling into Public Equity, Credit, asset management, hedge fund or broader institutional investment organizations is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the investment research process and an understanding of how Public Equity and Credit investors evaluate companies and investment opportunities.
  • Experience selling research, data, information services, financial technology, market intelligence or other subscription-based solutions to investment professionals is strongly preferred.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding new-business quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop and close new client relationships.
  • Experience managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting and CRM discipline.
  • Ability to develop credibility and build relationships with senior investment professionals.
  • A consultative sales approach and the ability to uncover client needs and connect those needs to relevant research solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial judgment, intellectual curiosity, drive and executive presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation

Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000, dependent on experience, plus commission.
