Description and Requirements The Opportunity The AVP, Technology and Data will be responsible for developing strategies to support the HR Technology and People Analytics teams. This role will focus on building supporting and enhancing the HR Technology footprint in liaison with HR Digital and Data Teams and enable building a contemporary HR technology stack and best-in-class employee experience.
Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the global HR Technology and People Analytics strategy aligned with HR, Technology, and business objectives.
- Own the HR Technology roadmap and investment priorities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data strategy, and business goals.
- Lead the modernization and optimization of the HR technology ecosystem, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading HR Technology, HR systems, or enterprise technology organizations within complex global environments.
- Significant experience leading and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud platforms and related HR technology solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale ERP, HR technology, or digital transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications - MBA or other relevant advanced degree
- Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience
- Experience with workforce analytics platforms such as Crunchr
- Experience with Azure-based data and integration capabilities
- SAFe Agile experience or certification
- Experience leading major technology modernization and organizational change
Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role
requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is 164,200 - 218,900 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
