Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Aviation Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to be a part of improving the Honolulu Airport.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Be part of a small team responsible for the successful execution of a large airfield CIP program that spans across all 15 state airports
  • Lead/manage/support (depending on experience) portfolio of airfield projects through design, construction and closeout phases
  • Coordinate project interaction with a variety of airport stakeholders including FAA, airlines, and other government agencies
  • Lead/manage/support (depending on experience) a multi-disciplinary team (e.g., designers of record, construction managers, planners)
  • Guide project and team through HDOT policies and procedures
  • Review and provide guidance on variety of design and construction topics including change orders field orders, delay claims, quality issues, construction phasing, etc.
  • Review and provide comments for interagency agreements (e.g. FAA reimbursable agreements)
  • Evaluate/monitor/track permitting status
  • Support airfield section lead through the pre-bid phase (e.g. developing addendums)
  • Applicant will need be able to obtain an air operations area (AOA) Badge and movement area license for access to the airfield.
  • Professional Engineering or equivalent license is required.

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
