What You'll Do
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and computer system issues.
- Perform high-quality vehicle repairs and routine preventive maintenance.
- Conduct thorough digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) and recommend necessary services.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic software and specialized tools effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation on all work orders.
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and shop cleanliness.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of automotive technician experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic aptitude and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Equipment: Must own personal tool set standard for high-level repair work.
- Mindset: Pride in precision workmanship, strong integrity, and a passion for cars.
- Growth: Drive to continuously learn, upgrade skills, and work collaboratively as a team player.
- Certifications: ASE Certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain with shop support).
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $35 - $55+ per hour based on experience and certifications.
