Responsibilities- Perform repairs and maintenance accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, heating and air conditioning, and related systems
- Use diagnostic tools and manufacturer-specific service equipment to accurately identify vehicle concerns
- Test-drive vehicles as necessary to verify customer concerns and completed repairs
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding additional service or repair needs and estimated completion times
- Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Qualifications- 3 years of professional Automotive Service Technician experience or equivalent education and experience
- Strong automotive diagnostic and repair background
- Previous OEM/dealership experience preferred
- ASE certifications preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate customer vehicles as an essential function of the position
- Ability to meet applicable background screening and pre-employment requirements
CompensationPay Range: $37,440 - $131,040Actual compensation within the posted range is based on applicable experience, training, certifications, and qualifications. Additional compensation, if applicable, will be described as part of the hiring process.
