5-7 years of customer service experience, preferably in automotive industry
Prior experience with Ford and Reynolds & Reynolds systems preferred
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team and customers
Ability to work independently in a dynamic setting
Demonstrated knowledge of automotive care and maintenance
Capacity to perform under pressure while managing multiple tasks
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
Assess and recommend maintenance services based on customer input and vehicle data
Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for repairs and maintenance
Track and update customers on vehicle service progress promptly
Ensure final invoices accurately reflect services rendered

George Wall Ford has a job opening for a Service Advisor. We are looking for a conscientious, people-oriented candidate dedicated to delivering first-class customer service as well as help foster a positive team atmosphere.
Prior Ford and Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred for this position as it is pivotal that our technicians and advisors can effectively communicate not only with each other, but with our customers as well.
Compensation/Benefits
Pay structure based on total shop production and individual productivity - estimated compensation is $100k-$120k

Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history
Prepare complete and accurate estimates of cost for labor and parts
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Qualifications

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
