Responsibilities- Develop strong customer relationships for long-term loyalty. Assist customers in choosing the right vehicle by actively listening to their needs.
- Be an expert on our vehicles. Understand all product offerings, packages, and the latest technologies available.
- Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Master objections and excel in sales interactions.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on goals, plans, and performance analysis.
- Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to work every day.

Base pay plus commission plan: Range $85,000-$150,000
