Automotive Sales AssociateAs an Automotive Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the right vehicle for their needs while delivering an exceptional, professional experience from the first interaction through the sale and beyond.

What You'll Do- Build and nurture strong customer relationships with the goal of creating clients for life
- Use consultative selling techniques to understand customers' needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
- Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and provide personalized recommendations
- Develop strong knowledge of our new and pre-owned inventory, vehicle features, optional packages, technology, and financing options
- Deliver professional, engaging vehicle demonstrations and product presentations
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals and repeat business
- Learn effective strategies for overcoming objections and confidently navigating the sales process
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the buying journey
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to review goals, activities, performance, and opportunities for improvement
- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and "A game" to work every day
