We're looking for an Automotive Recon Service Manager to lead our reconditioning operation and take ownership of quality, productivity, turnaround time, and profitability.

🔧 What You'll Do:- Lead and manage the day-to-day automotive recon operation.
- Coordinate vehicle reconditioning from acquisition through completion.
- Manage technicians, vendors, and workflow.
- Monitor repair quality, costs, and turnaround times.
- Establish and maintain high standards for vehicle presentation and readiness.
- Prioritize work efficiently to meet sales and inventory deadlines.
- Track department performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Build strong relationships with service providers and internal teams.
- Hold the recon operation accountable for quality, efficiency, and results.
- Develop processes that keep vehicles moving through the recon pipeline quickly and efficiently.

- Experienced in automotive service, reconditioning, dealership operations, or a related field.
- A strong leader who knows how to motivate and hold a team accountable.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and highly process-driven.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable about automotive repair, parts, labor, and vehicle reconditioning.
- Focused on quality, speed, and profitability.
- A problem solver who takes ownership rather than making excuses.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and financial goals.
- Valid NYS drivers license and clean driving record.
