The Automation Project Manager is a cross-functional leader responsible for the overall success of the Solutions Projects - from initial scope/requirements definition and estimating, to technical management of the solution, and overall project management from receipt of order through project closure.
Ensures the projects are executed according to the Faith Technologies Solutions' Group Best Practices.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
Experience: Eight (8) years' experience in:
The design of industrial automation control systems; or
The design of building automation control systems; or
The design of power/energy automation control systems (multiple distributed energy resources preferred)
and
Three (3) years' experience managing industrial, building, or power/energy automation projects including budget, scope, and schedule responsibilities
Travel: Up to 30% nationwide
Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

Financial Management (Budget):
Schedule Management:
Develops and maintains a project WBS and schedule with tasks, resources, milestones, and deliverables
Develop and execute the Project Plan:
Assists with the development of the Solutions' business best practices, policies, and procedures.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
