Responsibilities: The Project Manager will support Barrow Wise's DFC project and perform the following duties:
- Identify, analyze, and drive global investments
- Maintain cross-cutting project management trackers and systems to ensure accountability across teams
- Institutionalize project management and performance management best practices
- Lead and motivate the team
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Develop additional guidance for staff use of the CRM and project tracking systems
- Create investment portfolio governance and structure, including leads and active transactions
- Lead data analytics and process improvement throughout the organization
- Develop the investment manual and complete the knowledge management function
An ideal candidate has the following:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Minimum Education: Master's degree
- Minimum Experience: 10 years of global investment banking/private equity consulting experience
- Must be able to work on-site in Washington DC at least 50% of the time
- Must provide three supervisory references at time of application
