Job Description:Essential FunctionsAutomation/Robotics/Contols Engineer will design and integrate automated systems and processes including robotics to improve efficiency and productivity for mass production lines in a manufacturing environment.
- Designing and developing robotics systems.
- Programming and testing robots to ensure they function properly and safely.
- Building, configuring, and troubleshooting robotic systems and software.
- Documenting detailed robot design specifications and support in the production of technical reports.
- Analyzing and interpreting data from robot tests and real-world deployments.
- Updating and modifying existing robotic systems to expand their capabilities and improve performance.
- Working collaboratively with other engineers and stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Staying informed about the latest advancements in robotics technology and implementing new design concepts.
- Adhering to safety regulations in all stages of project development and implementation.
- Providing technical support and training for end users of robotic systems.
QualificationsBachelors Degree in Engineering or closely related field
7-10 years of engineering experience related to automation
Experience implementing new automation projects
