You already know how this goes in a lot of shops. They say "top pay," then starve you for car count. They say "we're a team," but play favorites with dispatch. They say "we want leaders," then micromanage every move. And after a while, you stop believing anyone.
DeBoer's Auto in Hamburg, NJ is built for techs who are done with that.
We're a 40+ year shop with a reputation for doing things right-and we're growing. That growth means opportunity for a tech who wants stability, fair support, and a real path forward. We keep the shop clean, organized, and busy, and we've invested in benefits that actually improve your life outside work-not just a poster on the wall.
If you've been waiting for a shop that respects skilled technicians and backs it up with action... you're in the right place. Keep reading.
