Position Overview:

This is a wonderful opportunity for an Audiologist who is passionate about helping patients improve their hearing, balance, communication, and overall quality of life. In this role, you will independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with hearing, balance, and related disorders while developing personalized care plans that support optimal outcomes. You may also provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, dispensing services, and follow-up care within your assigned scope of practice.

The Audiologist utilizes strong clinical expertise, sound judgment, and evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Through thorough assessments, ongoing monitoring, patient education, and effective communication, you will build trusted relationships with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support each patient's unique needs and goals.

This role requires a commitment to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and compassionate service. The Audiologist adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, organizational policies, and professional standards to ensure patient privacy, safety, and quality care. In addition to providing direct patient services, the Audiologist contributes to the development of future rehabilitation professionals by assisting with the supervision of assistants and aides and serving as a clinical instructor and mentor for assigned students.

Pay Range is $128,814.40 to $180,336.00 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
