What You'll DoAs a key member of our Longview team, you'll have the opportunity to work independently while enjoying full support from our clinical and administrative staff. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting hearing evaluations for patients ages 18 and up
- Performing tympanometry and earmold impressions
- Educating patients and families on hearing health and treatment options
- Recommending, fitting, and programming hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement (REM)
- Providing follow-up care, adjustments, and long-term patient support
- Counseling patients on communication strategies and hearing device use
- Documenting visits and coordinating care with referring physicians
- Participating in community outreach events, health fairs, and educational seminars
- Upholding HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who is:
- Patient-focused, empathetic, and an excellent communicator
- Committed to best practices and high clinical standards
- Skilled in both diagnostics and hearing aid dispensing
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Qualifications:- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)
- Active or eligible Washington State Dispensing License
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
